What happens after acceptance?

An accepted care proposal links the caregiver to the employer’s household. Open Household to see the connection or any pending steps. The employer manages access to each child’s records.

Already know your caregiver?

The employer can invite them by sign-in email from Household. The caregiver must accept the invitation. Use your own account; never share passwords.

Before the first day

Review emergency contacts, allergies, routines and child access together. Agree on breaks, cancellations and payment arrangements. A proposal does not send a payment.
